Project Manager (Piling Works)

Geopancar Sdn Bhd are looking for one project manager that has experience in substructure works - deep foundation and retaining wall structures (bored piles, diaphragm walls, contiguous bored piles).

He/she must also be experienced in handling superstructure projects, which include deep understanding of rc works, brickworks, plastering, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, M&E works.

You will be expected to work 6 day working weeks, coordinate and lead a large team of engineers, supervisors, labourers as well as subcontractors.

All candidates must be problem solvers able to be client facing and handle all site related matters.

Project Planning

Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.

Determine the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.

Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
