Project Manager – Perfume Distribution, Middle East

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of retail and brand projects across the Middle East with a strong focus on podiums, animations, in‑store events, PR events, pop‑ups and CAPEX furniture installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full execution cycle of retail and brand projects including podiums, animations, in‑store events, PR events, pop‑ups and CAPEX furniture across Middle East markets.
• Coordinate closely with brand principals, retailers, suppliers, contractors, agencies, logistics, sales, marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and track project timelines, quotations, budgets, approvals, production schedules, delivery plans, installation dates and post‑event dismantling or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and according to approved brand guidelines and execution standards.
