• Project Manager / Owner’s Representative – Construction Site Based Location: Los Angeles County / Southern California Region Hiring Range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually The incumbent will work predominantly at the client’s job site in the South Bay Region of Los Angeles County with periodic visits to MOCA’s offices in Irvine, CA Position Summary: The Project Manager / Owner’s Representative (construction site-based) will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day management and reporting of large, complex construction projects throughout all project phases, including pre-construction, procurement (bid/award), construction, project closeout, and warranty.


• Working closely with project leadership, this role will help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the client’s goals, objectives, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
