Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Project Manager role based in Oshawa, ON, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will oversee residential construction and renovation projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination. The role involves managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring site progress, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and building code standards. The Project Manager will coordinate inspections, address site issues, and keep stakeholders informed through regular updates and documentation. Daily responsibilities also include reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking materials and logistics, managing change orders, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.
