Responsibilities
- Develop full scale project plans and produce project schedules while ensuring effective communication on project expectations to all team members and stakeholders
- Estimate resources and participants required to achieve project goals
- Coordinate between various work disciplines within the engineering department as well as external consultants, suppliers and contractors.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Issue project scope change documentation to all appropriate team members in a timely manner
- Ensure back charges are analyzed and resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner with the customer, contractors and suppliers. ...
