Project Manager (Microwave) - MRO DMD

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage projects ensuring good profitability and quality at program level.
• Assist general manager to monitor profit & loss for key accounts, as well as project reporting.
• Support project team to resolve project issues throughout implementation.
• Track, report and provide progress updates/presentations to management and customer.
• Act as primary project interface or contact point to customer, ensuring satisfaction and developing good customer relationships.
• Lead and manage project team and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate knowledge transfer to engineers and subcontractors via mentoring, workshops, etc.
• Delegate, communicate, monitor, coach and motivate all members of the project team regularly and positively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
