+ Lead and drive plant excellence / process excellence initiatives to improve operational performance across the site.
+ Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
+ Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address operational losses and recurring issues.
+ Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies within the plant.
