Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of maritime projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, technical, procurement, operations, IT, vendors, shipyards, and external stakeholders.
- Manage vessel retrofit, marine engineering, digitalisation, navigation, communication, automation, or fleet improvement projects.
- Monitor project progress through regular reporting, project reviews, KPI tracking, and stakeholder updates while proactively resolving project issues.
