Project Manager (Main Contractor – A1 Grade)

About the Company

We are partnering with several reputable A1 Main Contractors in Singapore involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, including Hotels, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Facilities, Institutional Developments, and HDB projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and mitigate project risks.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, variation orders, and progress reports.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
