Under the supervision of the Project Director, the Project Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution of software solution implementation projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget are met, while coordinating internal teams and partners.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- Participate in the project scoping phase with the clients.
- Develop and monitor the detailed project activity schedule.
- Coordinate technical, functional, and business teams involved in the project.
- Ensure daily progress tracking, identify blockers, and propose solutions.
- Prepare and lead operational follow-up meetings (project committees, team check-ins).
