Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end development of in-vehicle entertainment head units, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, testing, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive project success.
- Act as the bridge between internal teams, OEM customers, and external suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
- Manage product lifecycle phases under the New Product Development System (NPDS) framework, from concept development to launch.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
