The Role:
Have a clear vision on the current position of the сross-divisional business, the goals to achieve and the strategy to follow, including short and long-term action plans for the project.
Overall responsibility for the company business concerning customers share, organizational development as well as financial results.
Meet and exceed customer expectations regarding our contract obligations with special attention to KPI.
Ensure compliance with HSE/SHEQ standards and company policies
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
Achieve increased customer satisfaction through satisfactory mix of service quality, people with right attitude, sense of urgency, fair cost, understanding of customer needs etc.
Strengthen the good relationship with the client and effectively manage the multi-stakeholder relations on mine site and within the Epiroc group.
