**Position Overview:**

This position plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees highly complex projects and project portfolios in support of operational excellence, system integration and/or small to mid scale mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives across Sutter Health from conception to completion. Responsible for project work plan development, the establishment of project communication and risk management plans, workflow process redesign, metric development and return on investment analysis. Provides leadership to cross-functional teams, including overseeing the work of other project manager(s) and project coordinator(s) and providing coaching and mentorship.
