We're supporting a growing contractor-developer entering a new phase of strategic expansion under new ownership and a driven senior leadership team. With strong backing, a clear plan and a secured pipeline of high‑rise residential work, the business is establishing a new London division focused on delivering HRBs, multi‑storey schemes and complex envelope projects.

This is an opportunity to join early, take full ownership of a project, and grow with a division that has serious momentum. As Project Manager, you'll be number one on site, responsible for upstream reporting to senior leadership and downward management of site teams and subcontractors. You'll deliver well‑run, compliant, high‑quality schemes across London.
