Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex network-based physical security system projects throughout their full lifecycle. This role partners closely with a matrix team of software engineers, hardware engineers, system integration engineers, and cybersecurity experts to deliver mission-critical solutions effectively and efficiently.
Work Location: 3 days on-site in Great Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area
Duration: Contract to Hire (initial 6 months interim/contract consulting)
Pay Rate Range: $65/hr-$75/hr interim for the initial 6 months; $140K-$150K salary for conversion/perm
+ Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery for complex, multi-million-dollar security system projects.
+ Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
