What You'll do
Lead end-to-end development projects for new products, from definition to market success, aligned with BU Installation strategy
Create and drive project roadmaps, including resource planning and close alignment with line managers
Define project targets and steer structured project execution (AIP) across cross-functional teams
Ensure transparent documentation, facilitate workshops, and strengthen project management capabilities within the organization
