Project Manager - Events

Are you passionate about event marketing and excited by the idea of creating impactful experiences across Asia? Our client isa leading event marketing agencyand they are lookingfor an Event Project Manager to join the Singapore team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering a wide range of events across Asia including conferences, meetings, award galas, product launches and incentive programmes. You will be involved in new business pitches and proposal development as well.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage projects end-to-end
• Lead and guide internal teams to deliver seamless event execution
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners (venues, AV, designers, production houses, agencies, government bodies, etc.)
• Manage registrations and RSVPs where required
