Project Manager
- Salary: £70K + Package
- Location: Epsom
- Regions: London, Surrey
We are currently working with a tier 1 main contractor who have tasked us with recruiting an experienced project manager for their large residential development. The project is just starting and is a mix of private and social housing worth in excess of £45M and is lasting for a number of years. The site is a large development and will require a strong character with experience of dealing with a large variety of sub contractor and commercially astute. You should have experience of procurement and dealing with design issues as the arise with engineers and architects. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your career further.
