Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring and handover.
- Develop project plans, schedules and execution strategies to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities for smooth project delivery.
- Review and approve project drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, cost control and resource allocation.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, UAE regulations, safety and quality requirements.
- Identify project risks, delays and technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project reports.
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
