Job Description
Position Overview
Reports to the KenEco Head of Operations.
Overall responsible in overseeing the forest conservation project. Coordinates with key stakeholders in the province in coordinative planning and implementation of forest and biodiversity conservation activities. Supervises internal leads in forest protection, sustainable livelihood, community/stakeholder engagement, and coordinates with the Kennemer Group’s shared services heads (Finance, Admin/Procurement, HR, Data Mgmt) for timely provision of project support. Responsible for the performance of the project team in terms of meeting annual targets and performance indicators.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops annual plans, workstream activities, and budget based on the project’s key performance indicators and allocates the deliverables to various teams and units within the organization.
