We have an immediate opportunity at DORA Construction Ltd for a Project Manager
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring excellence from concept to completion. This dynamic position involves managing a diverse portfolio that includes light steel framing, wood framing, structural steel, historical restoration, concrete, and mass timber construction.
Position Responsibilities
*Including but not limited to:
- Negotiating with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Creating, monitoring and updating project schedules, look ahead schedules, updating weekly progress plans and preparing monthly Project Reports.
