Key aspects of the role:
Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily refurbishments, to produce seamless results for local authorities.
Overseeing the works, leading the Site Managers, Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
Using your knowledge of roofing, rendering, and more external schemes to drive the contract to completion.
