GENERAL SUMMARY:

Guided by a Director or Vice-President within the Office of Community Health, Equity and Wellness (CHEW), the project manager's role encompasses management of departmental and/or enterprise-wide initiatives and strategies that fall under CHEW. These initiatives may cover areas such as social determinants of health, prevention and wellness, among others. Working under minimal supervision and able to effectively liaise with all levels of leadership, the project manager will bring to bear principles and practices rooted in community and public health to drive high-quality and impactful programs and interventions, aligning them with clinical frameworks, engaging in community partnerships, and adhering to the strategic imperatives of Henry Ford Health.
