Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Ventilation & Air Conditioning Projects - East Anglia/ Midlands
We are working with a well-established HVAC contractor specialising in the design, installation, and delivery of commercial ventilation and air conditioning projects across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager / Contracts Engineer / Contracts Manager to oversee projects from sales handover through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong HVAC background who enjoys managing projects, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing HVAC projects from initial handover to completion
* Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Organising labour, materials, and site activities
* Conducting site visits and progress meetings...
