PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities : To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work. To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality. Manage Correspondence & Documentation with Client/Client's Representative and contractors. To administer changes to the contract with the contracts department. To review and approve equipment/materials requisitions. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors. Liaising with authorities, clients representatives, sub-contractors and consultants. Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications. Project managers handle the planning, problem-solving, and coordination that enable teams to concentrate on their core responsibilities.
