Role Description The Project Manager at CodSec will oversee security-focused projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. This full-time hybrid role is based in Braga, Portugal, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans, timelines; coordinating cross-functional teams; and tracking dependencies and risks across SecOps, AppSec, and AI-driven initiatives. The Project Manager will facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare status reports, and ensure that project documentation, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met. The role also involves optimizing processes, handling logistical aspects of project execution, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.
