Job Description
Senior IT Project Manager
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in application divestiture, decoupling, or large-scale system integration/implementation.
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow and execute within a defined framework for working across multiple hospital systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Senior-level project management experience (PMP not required).
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Based in New England or able to travel to Boston 1–2 times per month.
Plusses:
- Background in HIPAA compliance, healthcare IT, or clinical operations.
- Experience working in academic medical centers or non-profit healthcare environments.
