Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise benefits redesign and vendor transition projects
• Manage third-party vendors, Statements of Work, SLAs, and project deliverables
• Prevent scope creep and control change requests through proactive scope management
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans in advance
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, setting realistic expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional impacts across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams
