About Us
Varcon Inc., through its construction division VIS, provides consulting, engineering, and project management services across Canada, supporting infrastructure, telecommunications, and construction projects since 1987. To support upcoming federal infrastructure work in Canada, including Department of National Defense (DND)projects, VIS is seeking a motivated Program Manager to join our team.
This is a multi-year, high-visibility assignment running from mid-2026 through end of 2029, with strong potential for extension. Estimated project value: $100M+. The successful candidate will run the project end-to-end from our Ontario site, working directly with the federal client, partner organizations, and subcontractors.
