We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the transition and handover of Data Centre Facilities Management services from an incumbent contractor to a new service provider. This role will be responsible for coordinating transition activities, managing stakeholders, ensuring operational readiness, and overseeing project governance to deliver a smooth and successful handover.

Responsibilities

• Transition & Handover: Lead and coordinate transition and mobilization activities
• Handover Management: Manage handover of assets, documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records
• Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with incumbent teams
