Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in related functions (project management, project engineering, manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement engineering, consulting, etc.).
• Experience in automotive, CPG, consulting, or in highly dynamic environments is a plus.

Functions

• Implements PM and PMO guidelines, processes and support the management of the respective functional organization.
• Administers and ensures adherence to PM policies, guidelines, programs, and standards.
• Coordinates and supports decision-making for upcoming resource requests to optimize staff utilization across projects.
• Prepares and contributes to contractual matters with external parties (e.g., vendors, clients).
• Analyzes workflow environments and proposes improvements in PMO operations and project execution processes.
