Job Description
Enko Education is seeking a driven project management intern to work within our Product department, helping to scale and optimize the emblematic products developed to support our pan‑African school network. Responsibilities
Roll‑out and improve our teachers’ mass recruitment product (GEM)
- Drive continuous improvements to the recruitment workflow, reducing execution time and enhancing user experience
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Product, Development, candidates, reviewers, and interviewers
- Analyze recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic recommendations
