Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Lead to support the delivery of HBK’s key transformation initiatives focused on evolving the organisation towards a clearer, more accountable and commercially effective operating model. The role will sit within the HBK People team and report directly to a senior HR leadership member, working as part of a small team supporting transformational, value-creating projects across the organisation.
The Project Lead will be responsible for translating design principles into practical organisation design, governance, decision rights, accountabilities and ways of working. Working closely with senior leaders, the role will help ensure that design decisions are robust, aligned and implementable across HBK.
This role is suited to someone who can combine strong project discipline with organisation design expertise, senior stakeholder management and the ability to turn complex business questions into clear, evidence-based choices. If you a...
