Project Financing (Fund Raising) / Treasury Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

(A) Fund Raising (Project Financing)

• Should have extensive hands on experience in Raising Large Funds and arranging Working Capital and Term loans .
• Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company
• Should have been actively involved in Preparation of Projections , CMA Data, Liasoning with bankers and external parties.
• Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal.
• Fixing up arrangements of working capital.
• Candidate must be very well versed in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions.
• Reach out to potential lenders - Banks, NBFCs, Leasing companies and other Financials Institutions.
