Prepare clear development brief in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.
Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (precontract & post contract administration and procedures).
Prepare cost estimates, progress payment and final accounts
Work with Client on the available Projects budget and works to be carried out
Perform project management work in building repairs and redecoration, additional and alteration works and new built for Town Improvements Projects implemented
Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders received and recommendation to clients for award of contracts
Conduct regular project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, and site inspections, etc.
