Project & Events Executive

QuikBot Technologies is a Singapore-based robotics and smart infrastructure company developing autonomous delivery and robotics infrastructure solutions for commercial buildings, business parks, smart precincts and urban environments.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and hands‑on Project & Events Executive to support the planning and execution of technology deployments, customer demonstrations, industry events, training programmes and operational projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.

Travelling within Singapore is expected, and occasional overseas travel may be required depending on project requirements.

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
