Singapore | Full-time | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

About The Role At AdrenalinX, we bring brands and organisations to life through thoughtfully designed experiences. We work with government agencies, nonprofits, and corporate organisations across Singapore to deliver live, hybrid, and digital experiences.

What You Will Own You will manage events from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, logistics, and client expectations are met.

• Managing assigned events from brief to delivery, including timelines, logistics, and coordination
• Supporting Project Managers on larger or more complex productions when required
• Communicating with clients and providing project updates
• Translating client objectives into clear event plans and execution steps
• Coordinating with internal teams including creative, operations, and production
