Job Description: Project Estimator

The Project Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaughan, ON. This position is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for ICI and grocery retail construction projects, including quantity take-offs, material and labor pricing, and subcontractor bid analysis. Arsenal’s projects will require analysis of drawings and specifications for civil site-works, base building, and interior fit-out applications.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings and specifications, developing budgets and supporting the preparation of tender documents and proposals. The Project Estimator works closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to validate pricing assumptions, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate risks. The role also involves communicating alongside the project team and clients to clarify scope, address questions, and ensure estimates align with project objectives.
