Project Engineer/Architect

The Project Engineer/Architect supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing projects to ensure timely completion within approved budget, quality standards, and project requirements. The role involves coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery from planning to turnover. One (1) Project Engineer per project.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Monitoring

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day project activities.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables against approved timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams regarding project requirements and updates.
• Track project milestones and identify potential delays or risks.
• Prepare regular project status reports and progress updates.
