Project Engineer, System Engineering

We are looking for several specialists to strengthen Patria's project management team in defense industry client projects — projects that have a direct impact on society's security and operational capability. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and documentation of projects in close collaboration with Patria's top experts. You will work under the guidance of Patria's System Engineer Manager and ensure that various stakeholders work seamlessly together to ensure that critical projects progress as planned and successfully. You do not need to be a deep technical expert — although a technical background is an advantage. More important is the ability to connect people, clarify requirements, and ensure that the overall process progresses in a controlled manner from start to finish. In this role, your impact will be visible in the success of demanding and meaningful projects.
