- Site & office project management and daily operations including inspections, handover, site measurements, conduct site meetings, project management.
- Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet project completion target.
- Site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.
- Assist Project Manager in other matters.
- Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a challenging fast‑paced environment.
- Ensure meticulous assessment of costs/schedule of all project activities.
- Candidates with roofing and cladding experience are preferred.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field for this position.
- Positive work attitude, proactive and approachable.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Candidates who possess a driving license.
- Class 3 & 4 will be an added advantage.
