Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand the project execution strategy fully and ensure programme is on track and executed accordingly.
- Setting the project or programme up for success by ensuring fit‑for‑purpose Project/Programme Management processes and standards and ensuring delivery excellence in all aspects of project delivery.
- Manage and oversee day‑to‑day construction management of project
- Monitor and report to Senior / Project Manager of project progress versus baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner
- Conduct VSCC and take charge of ship work safety and cleanliness
- Liaise with trades on the activities and construction effort needed to achieve progress safely, within schedule and budget
- Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost‑effective plan to support schedule and cost
- Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
