Job Description: Project Engineer Location: Site-based (mandatory site residency) Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Management Employment Type: Full-time, site-resident Job Purpose The Project Engineer owns on-site execution of a hospital project from foundation through handover. This role is the technical and managerial backbone at site — translating drawings and schedules into daily execution, supervising a five-tier site team, controlling cost and quality, and acting as the primary point of contact for the client on all day-to-day matters. The role demands continuous physical presence at site to enable fast, informed decisions and tight coordination across trades. Key Responsibilities 1.
