**Project Engineer III – Value Engineering (VE)**

The Value Engineering Project Engineer III leads cross-functional initiatives focused on cost reduction, product optimization, and continuous improvement while maintaining performance, durability, and user value. This role operates within the project leader hierarchy and collaborates closely with global engineering, sourcing, quality, manufacturing, and product management teams to drive VE strategy and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead multiple low to moderately complex Value Engineering projects from concept through implementation

+ Drive product teardowns, benchmarking, cost modeling, and opportunity identification

+ Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
