Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute facility maintenance projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal maintenance teams
- Supervise MEP maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports
- Monitor project timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of maintenance activities
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and facility management standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Support procurement of materials and manage subcontractor activities
- Maintain proper documentation including reports, permits, and maintenance records
