- Conduct on-site surveys and create project designs from the ground up
- Assist senior site supervisors in overseeing construction activities
- Ensure that construction work is carried out according to design specifications
- Manage procurement and oversee project resources
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring proper communication and project alignment
- Oversee quality control to confirm construction follows approved designs
- Business trips of 2–6 months may be required; in the past year, engineers have been assigned to multiple project sites across various locations
- Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduates only
- Conversational middle level of English to communicate with Japanese GM
- Having a driving license (Need to drive company cars when visiting sites)
