The Project Engineer is responsible for leading cross-functional projects to launch new products, provide production support, and drive process improvements to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This role will lead capital projects and have responsibility for processes involving automated/semi-automated lines and MES systems for both assembly lines and test stands. Key activities include performing production releases (including PPAPs) for new product launches, using root-cause problem-solving techniques to improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and reduce scrap, and applying lean manufacturing tools to boost productivity.
