Job Description
Project Engineer (ACMV / Mechanical)
Responsibilities- Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day‑to‑day management of the contract
- Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues
- Determine any non‑conformances on works
- Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non‑conformances and document them properly
- Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame
- Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
- Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site
