Job Description
Overview
The Project Director will be responsible for overall leadership, management, and the successful delivery of a super high‑rise construction project in the UAE.
Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of the project – planning, execution, monitoring, and closing – while ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, budget, timeline, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure the project progresses efficiently and meets its strategic objectives.
- Bachelor of Engineering
- 20+ years of experience in contracting and overall leadership & management of high‑rise construction projects in the UAE.
