PROJECT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (Randburg, Gauteng)

High end product manufacturer are seeking a Project Development Coordinator in Randburg to ensure that new product development samples are delivered accurately, on time, and to brand quality — while maintaining control over sample workflows, supplier readiness, approvals, documentation, and future scalability of production. This role safeguards creativity turning into commercial reality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sample Project Management
• Receive approved design briefs and convert into actionable sample plans
• Clarify requirements (materials, finishes, measurements, complexity, intended use)
• Create timelines and track sample progress from initiation → completion
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensure realistic production expectations are communicated upfront
• Maintain visibility of all sample statuses (active, delayed, approved, failed)
